Ethos Medical Staffing merges with Dynamos Anesthesia Services, announces move to Lenexa amidst growth

(Lenexa, Kansas) Healthcare staffing agency Ethos Medical Staffing has joined forces with Dynamos Anesthesia Services to begin connecting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) with travel contracts throughout the Midwest and across the country.

“Dynamos has a great reputation throughout the region, and we’re proud to welcome them to the Ethos family,” said Jeff Stoner, founder and CEO of Ethos. “This merger allows us to broaden our service offerings, providing more employment opportunities to qualified nurses and more skilled hands to hospitals that need them the most.”

Founded by nurses in 2015, Ethos works to improve communities by changing how health care is delivered and empowering medical professionals in their pursuit of adventure, opportunity and service. Ethos serves as an advocate for its medical professionals, treating them like a priority while they care for others.

Kelly Gordon, Ethos Chief Anesthesia Executive Officer and former CEO of Dynamos, brings an established team of CRNAs to Ethos, along with a reputation that reflects the quality and integrity that will strengthen the Ethos brand:

“Jeff has surrounded himself with great business minds, and I’m proud we’re joining forces to become more marketable and compete with some of the big-name staffing companies across the country,” Gordon said. “The knowledge base I have, coupled with Jeff’s business acumen and the administrative support of his office, were a great fit. Together we’ll continue to make Ethos extremely competitive in health care staffing in Kansas City and beyond.”

Last year, Ethos (formerly Heartland Healthcare Providers) changed its name to strengthen its brand and begin pursuing growth opportunities that aligned with the organization’s mission. The Dynamos merger is the latest initiative that, combined with a high demand for nurses and other medical professionals across the country, has led to a surge in business growth for Ethos—and a new headquarters for the company in Lenexa.
