Jeff Stoner knows travel nursing because he’s lived it. From working in the ICU at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C., to responding to a devastating tornado in Joplin, Missouri, Jeff’s nursing experiences have inspired him to empower his fellow nurses to pursue the careers and lifestyles of their dreams while caring for others.
Inspired by his mother Karen, herself a 40-year nursing veteran, Jeff is passionate about guiding medical professionals in their pursuit of adventure, opportunity and service. Having graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2012, Jeff worked as a travel nurse across the Midwest before launching Ethos Medical Staffing in 2015.
In his off-hours, Jeff enjoys camping, fishing, sporting events and traveling with his wife Lindsey, who is also a travel nurse. He will graduate with an Executive MBA from Rockhurst University in 2020.

During a nursing school rotation in labor in delivery, Kelly Gordon got her first glimpse into the life of a certified registered nurse anesthetist. She witnessed a nurse calmly take over resuscitating an infant that was having difficulty and then shadowed that nurse the rest of the day. She knew from that point on that she wanted to be a CRNA.
Two decades of healthcare and hospital experience later, Kelly is a highly respected CRNA and the Chief Anesthesia Executive Officer of Ethos Anesthesia, LLC (she formerly served as CEO of Dynamos Anesthesia, which merged with Ethos Medical Staffing in 2020).
Kelly and her outstanding CRNA’s are sought after and known by hospitals throughout Greater Kansas City and the Midwest for being incredibly skilled in all aspects of anesthesia care as well as physician and nursing relations.Outside of the office, Kelly stays active in organization like Kansas Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the national organization American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. She also serves on the University of Kansas School of Health Professions Board of Advocates.
After graduating with her BSN from Webster University in 1988, Kelly started her career in the Neonatal ICU at Children’s Mercy Hospital, followed by a stint in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit/Cardiothoracic Intensive Care at Kansas University Medical Center, until her acceptance to the University of Missouri Kansas City’s CRNA school in 1997. Her military experience includes entrance in 1997 as a second lieutenant with an honorable separation in 2003 as a Captain.
